Handling & Cooking Grains training course starts with a section identifying a variety of grains commonly used worldwide, followed by information on how to purchase and store grains properly. Practical sessions will show chefs the techniques for preparing various grain dishes. Grains are a popular item in kitchens worldwide. Among the use of many different grains, rice alone is used as a staple food by more than half the world’s population.
