• Competitors should prepare two innovative and healthy sandwiches, two portions each,
  within 20 minutes.
• Sandwiches can be hot or cold, as per competitors’ choice.
• Sandwiches could be closed or open faced.
• Competitors should use at least two different types of cold cuts, provided by the company
• Egy Swiss range of products will be available in the kitchen.

• Competitors should bring their own choice of bread.
• All other components and garnishes to make their sandwich creation should be brought in
  unprepared state.
• Judging will be on speed, hygiene, health and nutrition value, and innovation,
  creativity and taste.
• The concept is to see creative new ideas for healthy and nutritious sandwiches.
