Bio Hussein Mokhtar

Chef Hussein Mokhtar is a prominent TV Show Chef, featured on the Egyptian television program “Min Kol Balad Akla.” His culinary journey includes extensive experience in renowned 5-star hotels in Cairo, where he honed his skills in Japanese cuisine under the guidance of accomplished Japanese master chefs.

Beyond his hotel ventures, Chef Hussein has contributed to culinary education as a chef instructor at the esteemed High Institute of Tourism and Hotels. His dedication to culinary excellence is further showcased through his participation in several live cooking competitions organized by the Egyptian Chefs Association (ECA), focusing on Asian cuisine, including those specializing in Japanese culinary arts.

Chef Hussein’s remarkable talent and commitment were acknowledged in 2015 when he won a gold medal and the prestigious “Best Japanese Dish” award, solidifying his position as a distinguished figure in the culinary landscape.
