• Managed and operated a successful home bakery specializing in custom cakes, cupcakes, and desserts.
• Designed and baked a wide range of cakes including fondant cakes, cream cakes, cheesecakes, and themed cakes.
• Managed customer orders, custom cake designs, and ensured high-quality standards in every product.
• Developed and experimented with new dessert recipes and decorations.
• Maintained food safety standards and a hygienic baking environment.

Skills:

1. Baking & Cake Decoration:

Skilled in baking various cakes (fondant, cream cakes, cheesecakes, brownies) and creating custom decorations (fondant work, buttercream piping, sugar art).

2. Food Safety & Hygiene:

Knowledge of food safety standards and maintaining a clean kitchen.

3. Customer Service:

Strong communication skills, able to understand customer needs and provide personalized services.

4. Time Management & Organization:

Efficient in managing time and handling multiple orders with attention to detail.

5. Product Development:

Experienced in creating new dessert recipes and experimenting with flavors.
