Naira Mohammed Ellamei is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in mass communication, culinary arts, and public relations. Graduating from Misr University for Science and Technology in Cairo, Egypt, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Naira has honed her skills in effective communication and strategic messaging. Currently serving as the Public Relations & Advertising Director at Taste & Tell, she adeptly navigates the realms of marketing and brand promotion.

Her passion for culinary arts ignited in 2011 when she embarked on The Culinary Arts Training Program, accredited by City & Guilds, to deepen her understanding of the culinary world. This fervor led her to establish a health food catering project in 2013, followed by the launch of her Instagram account in 2014 to share her recipes and food reviews. Naira’s culinary prowess gained wider recognition when she was selected as one of three finalists in the prestigious Arabic version of “THE TASTE,” aired on OSN and Al-Nahar in 2014. Since then, she has been sought after for her expertise in both cooking and food critique, collaborating with renowned brands such as Pepsi, Wadi Food, Jumia, Crystal, and Domty. In 2017, Naira’s influence in the culinary sphere was further cemented when she was appointed as the SAMSUNG Egypt Food Ambassador. With her multifaceted skills and dynamic presence, Naira continues to make significant strides in the culinary industry.
