Chef Hossam Soliman, the President of the Egyptian Chefs Association, is currently participating in the 24th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition.
This prestigious event, the 24th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition, is coinciding with the 26th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show and is taking place from November 8th to November 10th. Notably, it holds an A-level status, making it the sole culinary competition in China to receive official certification from the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WorldChefs).
Having evolved and flourished over a span of 26 years, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Show has emerged as a prominent trade exhibition in the food and catering industry. Given the substantial demand in China’s food and catering sector, FHC has transformed into a pivotal platform for major multinational corporations looking to penetrate the Chinese market. It gathers cutting-edge food and catering companies from across the globe, creating an annually recurring exhibition with a heightened focus on professional business engagement.
In addition to his participation in the competition, Chef Hossam is also attending meetings of the WorldChefs Competitions Committee on the sidelines. The Egyptian Chefs Association extends its best wishes to him.
