The ECA recently organized a comprehensive 3-day training program on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) at an advanced level. Led by renowned expert Dr. Alaa Me’bed, GM of “Focus Food,” the course aimed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and skills in food safety management.
The 8th World Food Competition, which ran from 13 to 15 March, 2024 in Kolkata, India became a milestone for the culinary world. Among the most notable nations that participated was Egypt whose delegation of Young Student Chefs led by its Egyptian Chefs Association garnered attention.
