The Egyptian Chefs Association (ECA) celebrated a momentous occasion during the 43rd International Exhibition for Hotel Supplies and Tourism Establishments, HACE 2023 ..

The ECA, in collaboration with the Malaysian Palm Oil Council, recently organized a 1-day workshop in Luxor, Jolie Vile Resort & Spa Kings Island, focused on “Innovative Uses of Palm Oil in Cooking.”

HACCP is a food safety management system that helps to identify, evaluate, and control food safety hazards. It is an internationally recognized system used by food businesses worldwide to ensure the safety of their products.

Chef Hossam Soliman, President of the ECA, is currently participating in the 24th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition.
