With a career that spans over 50 years, Dr. Gill has become a guiding force in the culinary world, particularly through his role as President of the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA).

A true maestro, Dr. Chef Manjit Gill has been recognized with several international honors, most notably the prestigious Dr. Ratna award from the Indian government, celebrating his significant contributions to the culinary arts. His expertise in Indian cuisine has made him the go-to chef for some of the world’s most influential leaders. He has had the honor of designing and curating menus for former U.S. Presidents Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush, as well as for premiers from France, Canada, the UK, and Germany.

In addition to his culinary achievements, Dr. Gill is a visionary leader currently serving as the Chairman of the WorldChefs Committee on Cultural Heritage and Ethnic Cuisine.

As the first Asian candidate for the presidency of Worldchefs, Dr. Gill is poised to lead the organization into a new era of gastronomic evolution.
