He has had the honor of designing and curating menus for former U.S. Presidents Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush, as well as for premiers from France, Canada, the UK, and Germany.

In addition to his culinary achievements, Dr. Gill is a visionary leader currently serving as the Chairman of the WorldChefs Committee on Cultural Heritage and Ethnic Cuisine.
